Loud & Local Festival, Chester’s most popular indie all-dayer returns on Sunday 25th August!

For our eighth edition we’re serving up two Breakfast Records signees as our headliners, Langkamer and Getdown Services. 

Curiously blending Americana with anthemic slacker rock, Langkamer have won plaudits from Brooklyn Vegan, Uncut and Radio 6 Music. They’re sure to win your hearts too with their off-kilter existential gems. 

Hailing from Manchester and Bristol, “Post-Brexit apocalypse disco” duo Getdown Services perform sardonic, synth-heavy music that will have you dancing and dying laughing simultaneously.

They appear alongside South Walian space-rockers Dactyl Terra, shimmering indie outfit Kidsmoke, “transgressive Liverpool gender outlaws” Piss Kitti, Toronto psych heavyweights Pretty and many more.

Blistering two-piece Sustinere, sublime Texan songwriter Large Brush Collection and left-field garage favourites Torture and The Desert Spiders also make their much-anticipated return.
