Otis Jordan, The Universal Veil & Ike Goldman live

Otis Jordan returns to the Talleyrand from Glasgow with a new 5 piece group of trumpet, saw, violin, homemade bells and more… playing songs from his new album ‘Net of Atoms’ released by Them There Records. 

The Universal Veil is a collaborative project by Sam McLoughlin (Tongues of Light, Samandtheplants) and David Chatton Barker (Folklore Tapes), using their homemade harps, electronics, and instruments made from found materials to conjure up unique and spellbinding improvisations. 

Originally from Manchester, Ike Goldman is one of the most exciting songwriters in Glasgow. Their layered and intricate songs interweave between folk, pop and experimental music, with complex harmonies and the use of 4 track tapes and samples. Their songs are instantly memorable and captivating.
